Missed Appointment/Late Cancellation Policy: Missed appointments and Late Cancellations - A missed appointment is when you fail to show up for an appointment that you confirmed, or cancel without at least 24 hour notice. For missed appointments, or late cancellations, you will be charged a no show fee. There is no penalty for rescheduling or cancelling an appointment as long as you have given appropriate notice. Veterinary care is in high demand, and providing us with advanced notice of your cancellation will allow another furry friend access to the timely care they need.
